Not at all. Most women aren't sure — and that's completely normal. Perimenopause can start years before you expect it, and the symptoms don't always look the way you'd expect. We'll work through where you are together, and build your plan around what's actually happening in your body right now.
A GP or dietitian is working within a clinical framework — they're looking for what's wrong and treating it. What I do is different. I work with where you are right now — your hormones, your lifestyle, your nutrition, your training — and build a plan around all of it together. I also have time that most clinicians don't. We're not working in 15-minute appointments. We're building something over 12 weeks, one on one.
On the Foundation program, you'll submit a weekly check-in and receive a personal Loom video response from me, plus a 30-minute coaching call every two weeks. On Premium, your calls are weekly and you have WhatsApp access between sessions. Everything is built around your schedule — there's no rigid system to fit yourself into.
It depends on what we're working toward — but for body composition and hormonal symptoms, three months is the minimum timeframe to see meaningful change. That's why Recalibrate is a 12-week program. Quick fixes don't work for this stage of life, and I won't pretend they do. What I can tell you is that most women notice shifts in energy, sleep, and how they feel well before the 12 weeks are up.
